Program Content: Enabling Creative Initiatives for Organizational Development

The program is specially designed for owners, leaders, senior managers and executives responsible for grooming talent and setting directions. In this program, you will find an interactive and stimulating learning environment. You will develop organizational & personal strategy through case studies, individual & group exercises, simulations, interactive discussions and very few lectures. Through this program, you will be able to:

  • Define Creativity that works for you and your organization
  • Create space for ‘out of box’ thinking
  • Learn the creativity processes and problem solving skills

In a rich learning experience that includes faculty interaction, case studies, and group exercise, you will learn the strategies of organizations that are able to unlock creativity potential of their people for competitive advantage. By exploring a carefully crafted set of topics, you also will refine your thinking and broaden your skill set. Program topics include:

  • Killers of Creativity in Organizations
  • Need for Creativity in 21st Century organizations
  • Systems & processes to allow people to express their ideas & experiment responsibly
  • Transformation of organization into ‘ideation & implementation’ factory
  • Creativity action plan for people at all levels for organizational development
  • During the program, you will get the hands on experience to work with the program faculty on the specific issues of your organization

‘Creativity @ Work’ program is specifically designed for leaders, senior managers and executives responsible for grooming talent. Business leaders/ senior executives/ middle managers, who are involved in organizational transformation and looking for ways to harness creativity of their people would benefit greatly from this program.



Fees, Payments, and Cancellations

The INR 60,000 (excluding service tax) program fee covers tuition, books, case materials, accommodations, and meals.

20% payment is required to reserve your slot in the program. Rest payment has to be made at least 30 days prior to the start of the program. We accept practically all modes of online payment. (Click Here for Online Payment)

If you need to cancel or defer participation, you must submit your request in writing more than 30 days before the start of the program to receive a full refund. Due to program demand and the volume of pre-program preparation, cancellations or deferrals received 14 to 30 days prior to the start of the program are subject to a fee of one-half of the program fee. Requests received within 14 days are subject to full payment.
